Yesterday, I received in the mail a sneak peek copy of Home Business Magazine’s special New Year February edition  – and to my surprise, I found an article that we submitted for Karen Kobelski, General Manager of BizFilings – a leading online provider of incorporation services.

This is not the first time that she was published in Home Business Magazine. Last year they turned one of her articles, “Are You Incorporating Your Business in the Wrong State?into a letter to the editor that you can find here:

In my Article Marketing Experts LinkedIn group, Mark Brown (Chief Blogger and Owner of The Marketing Professional Blog) asked me…

“Which is the best article submission technique and why: manual submission, single site submission, outsourced submission, a software submitter or an article submission service?”

My answer…It depends on…

Most internet marketers and small business owners spend more than 80% if their time generating new business – and miss out on the MOST PROFITABLE segment of their audience! This segment is the people who have already said, “yes” once.

Believe it or not – you must continue to educate clients with content marketing after they buy your products and service. You must integrate article marketing, video marketing, blogging, social media marketing, press release marketing and email marketing into your post-sale process.

Need proof that you should be mixing your article marketing efforts with LinkedIn marketing? Below is an actual  invite to connect that LinkedIn marketing expert Kristina Jaramillo received yesterday. The person read Kristina’s article that was published in Website Magazine more than 6 months ago!

Because Kristina created a discussion on her LinkedIn group and other groups that she belongs to based on her article content and then linking it to the article,  people are still discussing her information. And,  she is getting new prospects and clients from it almost every day.

When my mom was diagnosed with both pancreatic and colon cancer, my dad changed his work status from full-time to part-time at the print shop where he was employed. When she passed away he continued to work just part-time until his boss phased him out.

Now, that I am married and have my wife and near future children (as we plan on trying for kids shortly) to worry about – and since my brother has practically moved in with his girlfriend, my dad needed to find a job as he wants to keep the house for a bit. So, my brother showed him how to use the different job sites and how to send his cover letter.

He finally received a job interview with a company that provides security to hospitals and nursing homes in the area. So he asked me to create a resume to bring with him to the interview – and of course, I gladly took the time for my dad. He gave me a whole ton of wasteful information that describes the presses he worked on and other tasks he completed like bindery.

As I look on my Facebook news feed I see:

• A business and life coach mentioned: Today’s challenge is to see if I can replace the heating element on the dryer……..I’ll let you know if I succeed or fail…lol….send prayers….lol

• Quotes by Tony Robbins from someone who is not Tony Robbins

• A realtor asked: What are your top 5 favorite things about summer? She them mentioned that her favorites are 1) Farmer’s market, 2) Baseball 3) Weekend cookouts 4) A sliced summer tomato with a dollop of Hellman’s mayo 5)Sunlight till 9 pm!

•  A famous internet marketer who was on the show “Secret Millionaire” mentioned: Wishing you a great morning. I’m off to the gym for a workout. What are you doing on this blessed morning?
