 Try These 10 Article Income Ideas to Boost Your Profits During the Summer Slowdown…

1. Create a top 10 tips article. Now, each of those tips that you just put in your article, will become your ebook’s table of contents. Now, for each tip, write 2 to 3 articles. Then compile those articles and create your chapters. You can have an ebook for sale (or use it as a lead generator) very quickly, especially if you’re using my instant article writing templates. 2. Using your articles as a guideline, host some teleseminars like I do at http://www.FreeArticleMarketingTraining.com. You can use these teleseminars as a means to prove that you are a thought leader and to sell prospects on your products and services.

 4. Use your articles to create a membership site so you can get continuity income. A teleseminar uses audio.A webinar combines text, audio, and live screenshots to tell stories. And stories sell like gangbusters. For example, a typical sales letter can get you a 1-3% conversion if you’re lucky. A killer webinar can easily convert more than 10% of participants to buyers… even for high-priced products! And, you get all of your content from your articles.

 8. Compile all of your suggested tips from your “Top 7 Tips” and “Top 10 Tips” articles and sort them into various topics. Now create a tip booklet.

9. Dominate your niche with your very own resource and article directory. With this directory, you can promote your products, affiliate products or both! You can use your content and ask others to submit their content. You can even make it a reviews site and have others rate products, services and your articles. Make sure you put Adsense on every page. And. don’t forget to sell advertising space.

10. Create a free online publication like HealthyWealthyNWise.com. Look how the publishers use their online publication to:

• Promote their products and services.
• Generate income from Adsense campaigns
• Promote their seminars
• Promote affiliate programs such as Amazon.com for author’s articles whose books are on Amazon.com

The summer slowdown, hot hiatus, summer slump, the big seasonal dip – call it what you want but the drop in traffic that happens around this time of year can really sting you in the pocket. At least that’s what I hear from many internet marketers.

I, myself, had one of my best months in June – and July is poised to become another awesome month. How am I boosting my profits during a time that is supposed to be seasonal slow for internet marketers?

Here Are 10 Article Submission Activities You Should Be Doing Right Now to Boost Traffic and Sales…

1. Network your arse off. Bloggers and forum owners are  looking for all the visitors they can get right now. So show up and contribute. Be the star that they need and you will draw attention to yourself in a good way.To find bloggers that are interested in your content go to: http://www.bloggerlinkup.com

2. Find credible websites and ezines in your niche that  accepts article submissions. If you want to become a  thought leader and really boost your traffic and sales, then you need to place your articles onwebsites and in ezines that your targeted audience deems as credible. And, you need to post your articles on websites and in ezines that your audience regularly goes to for solutions that you can provide.  3. Submit at least one article per month (preferably 2 to 3) to the targeted websites and ezines you find. Do not do more than 2 to 3 articles per month, unless an editor specifically tells you they’d like more. 4. Complete competitive intelligence – Sign up for Google News Alerts and add your competitors’ names and websites to it. This way every time the Google spiders one of your competitors articles, you will be notified. You want to be published where your competitors are getting published.

 5. Build relationships with key trade organizations and  associations – Many organizations and associations have membership newsletters. And, many of them accept outside contributions. But you need to first establish and maintain relationships. You need to show editors that you are credible and that you truly are an expert.

 6. Create and submit at least one 400 to 500 word article  to EzineArticles.com – Yes! In many cases, this will only lead to links – but the more links you have, the higher you will rank in the search engines.

7. Start your own LinkedIn group and post your articles.  You can also start a discussion and post your articles on other people’s groups that are related to your industry. For an example, go to LinkedIn.com andgo to groups. Then look for “Article Marketing Experts.’ Join my LinkedIn group and see how I’mcombining social media with article marketing.

8. Create a Facebook fan page and use it for your business. Personal pages are not indexed on Google, but fan pages are. For every article you write, you should create a note and post it to your fan page.  If you discuss other people within your articles, or if  you think that your article will interest your  followers’ list of friends, then tag them. For an example, go to Facebook and look for Article Marketing Experts. And, of course, become a fan!

9. Submit your articles to Amazon.com – Yes! If you have  a book on Amazon.com you can post articles and then link it to your book sales page. And, since Amazon is a top website, if you create a search engine friendlytitle, your article has a great chance of hitting the top of the first page of Google search results.

 10. Learn the right way to submit articles - Article marketing is not what it used to be! Times havechanged. Rules have changed.  Now is the time to learn everything you need to know about article submission.
