<h3>7 Psychological and Emotional Triggers That Will Help You Seduce and Persuade Prospects with Only Your Words</h3>
<p><strong>1. Ask questions – </strong>Notice what I did in the beginning of this article. I asked you simple questions that you said “No” to in your mind. So, I already pre-sold you on the idea that you’re doing something wrong when it comes to writing articles. Now, I have you engaged and you’re ready to listen to my advice. See, what the power of questions can do for you?</p>
<p><strong>2. Reveal your true self– </strong>When you become transparent and show your emotional and physical scars within your articles – you become more believable. Readers will begin to connect with you – as they will realize that you understand their innermost feelings and you know what their needs are. People buy from people they trust.<strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>3. Tell stories </strong>– Storytelling is one of the best psychological triggers that you can use to connect with your readers. People love stories. That’s why in my newsletter articles I include stories all the time. And, my loyal subscribers love when I connect life experiences to a business lesson.</p>
<p>I wrote about asking my girlfriend’s family for their blessings, as I will be proposing shortly. I’ve written about karate tournaments including the time I got knocked out. I talked about a wedding shower disaster. People connected to these life stories – and it helped them understand the article marketing lesson that I needed them to learn.</p>
<p>Understanding how to identify drama and how best to use metaphors means that your articles come alive in a way that 99% of the writing out there just doesn’t.</p>
<p><strong>4. Give MORE of the WHY, Not the HOW</strong> — .People love how-to articles. And, yes it’s one of the easiest types of articles to write. And, yes how-to articles get read. But, in many cases, your prospects will follow the actions you mentioned without going to your website to learn more. Why? Because you gave them the information they need to do it themselves. Now, if you persuade readers why they have to take necessary steps and actions and tease them with only as little bit of the how as you reveal some top information (without telling them the whole story), you will get more people coming to your website wanting to get your products and services. This is the power of because.</p>
<p>5. <strong>Show pain</strong> – There’s two main ways to cause people to take action. You can get people to move with a board smacked across their butt or a juicy carrot dangling in front of their face. Yes, pain and pleasure are two primary human activators. By making a shocking statement or telling a story, which poses a problem the reader is having, you will automatically get attention. They’ll be more willing to listen to your solution.</p>
<p><strong>6. Show pleasure</strong> – Not everyone will respond to pain. For example, some people want to lose weight and go on a diet because they’re tired of the backaches and knee pains. They’re tired of being stared at by others or being laughed at behind their back. They are trying to get away from pain. While others want to lose weight so they can strut on the beach and attract the opposite sex. They are trying to move toward pleasure. You need to be in tune with your prospects wants, needs and desires.</p>
<p>For example, I wrote an article: “How to Promote Your Book to the Top of the New York Times Best Sellers List.” Every author would love an opportunity to be on that list. I made the promise, I explained how it can be done with my help and I showed proof that it can be done. This article helps me sell more books, products and services to authors – because they want to learn how they too can achieve that dream.</p>
<p><strong>7. Give the Power of Choice – </strong>At the end of many of my articles, I give readers a choice. I restate the pain the pain they’re experiencing – and the success they could get if they take action. I tell them, you have two choices. Now the choice is yours. With this psychological trigger, I’m actually combining 3 triggers in one: pain, pleasure and choice.</p>
<p><strong>Now, I’m giving you a choice…</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>You can continue to write      articles that bore readers to sleep. You can continue to allow your      competition (who may know how to write articles that persuade and motivate      prospects to take immediate action) to steal your website traffic and      profits. And, you can continue to write articles the same way that is NOT      producing the results you want.</li>

<p>But, if you are just submitting articles to build link then you are only getting a partial benefit from article submission.</p>
<h3><span style="color: #ff0000;">Here Are 5 Reasons Why You Need to Submit Articles Beyond Article Directory Sites…</span></h3>
<p><strong>1. Article marketing is not just about building links and website traffic. It’s about getting your message in front of the right ‘publics.’</strong>  Now, publics (as defined by Kenneth Doyle an internet marketer from Australia who is part of my Article Marketing Experts Linkedin Group) is an academic term for &#8216;groups of people who like to hang out together because they have similar values and beliefs&#8217;. The net is the same. Instead of looking for &#8216;traffic&#8217;, start looking for groups of people who have similar values and beliefs to you, your website and what you&#8217;re marketing. Then share your content on these websites, ezines and blogs.  You need to get your articles published on websites that your audience goes to every day for solutions you can provide – and that’s something EzineArticles.com can’t provide.</p>
<p>2. <strong>Anyone can get published on article directory sites – even kids</strong>! As long as you follow editorial guidelines, you can be the biggest quack and still get published. You can be infiltrating minds with useless garbage and still get published on sites like EzineArticles.com. How does that build credibility? Now, when you go to <a href="http://www.articlemarketingexperts.com/">http://www.ArticleMarketingExperts.com</a>, you will see right on top that my articles are featured on About.com, MarketingProfs and SiteProNews. My articles are getting published on top, credible websites. So, I’m seen as a thought leader.</p>
<p>3. <strong>Getting found on article directory sites is like looking for a needle in a haystack</strong>. Right now, as of this writing, EzineArticles.com has over 317,197  authors on hundreds of topics. How do you expect your articles to be found by the right audience? If you are not going directly to your audience by getting your articles published on websites they frequently visit or in ezines they read then you are relying solely on your keywords and the search engines. Why limit your exposure?</p>
<p><strong>4. Article directory sites do not provide the credibility you need.</strong> If you were looking to hire someone to speak at your conference, who would you hire…someone whose articles are found on EzineArticles.com or someone who’s published on sites like Entrepreneur.com? If you were to hire a fitness coach, would you hire someone who’s published on EzineArticles.com or someone whose articles can be found on sites like Men’s Fitness and HealthyWealthyNWise. If you were a publisher looking for authors who want to publish a book on parenting, would you rather an author who built his or her platform with articles on a directory that anyone can get published or on a site like CafeMom.com.</p>
<p>5.  <strong>Article directory sites do not answer the question: “Why should I listen to you?” </strong>How special can you really be? Your serious article providing real value can be found right next to someone else who posted a short PLR article that has no beef. So, think about that before you brag that you have 100 articles posted on EzineArticles.com. Think about how many people are really listening to you and taking your advice. When you get published on a high authority site (and I’m not just talking about Google Page Ranking Authority here), you get seen as an expert. People will trust what you have to say and they’ll want to take action. <strong></p>
<p></strong>Now, I ask you…Is submitting articles to site like EzineArticles.com enough?</p>

<p>I’ve experienced a couple of revelations during my career as an expert copywriter and article marketer which instantly improved my ability to write killer copy whether it was for sales letters, squeeze pages or articles.</p>
<ul>
<li>The first was to learn insider secrets of world-class salesmanship and translate those tactics to the printed page – or in many cases the computer screen.</li>
<li>Then, I learned to write in a conversational manner – not like some starched-up blowhard who uses perfect grammar and fancy $5 words all the time.</li>
<li>Finally, I learned to use “power words” and “power phrases” to pump up my copy.  Sometimes these are verbs that convey action. Sometimes they are nouns with real shock value. Sometimes it’s a wicked phrase (or a twist on a cliché) that catches hold of the reader’s mind and refuses to let go.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">What Exactly Are Power Words and Power Phrases</span></strong></h3>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p>It’s a word or phrase that carries its own emotional wallop. No one reads a good power word or phrase without having their heart beat a little faster, their mind explode with old memories or at least a tiny part of their system taking notice.</p>
<p>For example, take the word humiliate.</p>
<p>No one reads that word without having a visceral reaction to it. Everyone has suffered humiliation at one point. Every time I hear of the word humiliation, I think back when I was a 7 year old cry baby. The kids in the neighborhood used to take my hat and run away. I’d go home crying to my mom, while my younger brother who was not even 4 at the time would knock on the kids door to get my hat back. Talk about humiliating.</p>
<p>So, if I was to say in an article title: Golfing Tips: How a 65-Year Old Golfer Crippled With Arthritis Humiliates Younger, Cockier PGA Pros….it creates some real drama with a fascinating story loaded into it.</p>

<p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">The 5 Ways to Submit Your Articles Online – Fully Explained</span></strong></p>
<p><strong>1. Manually submitting articles yourself – </strong>If you submit articles yourself, you save money. You don’t have to pay anyone to market your business for you. You’re not paying to have your articles published. And, you’re not paying for a single click. This marketing method is totally free! However, it does take a lot of time to submit articles the right way. And, it’s boring. Ask my article submission staff who manually submits the articles for our clients. It takes them a good 10+ hours per 100 targeted websites, ezines and article directories. If the time doesn’t bother you and if you are on a tight budget, then this is the way to go. I even have a resource for you that will help you cut out the research time – so you can start submitting articles to the top websites, ezines and article directories. <p>Plus, I&#8217;m creating new products and programs for you.I&#8217;m getting heavily invlved with joint ventures to create new opportunities like an article marketing certification program for VAs. And, don&#8217;t forget that I have <a href="http://www.articlemarketingexperts.com/special">article submission </a>and <a href="http://www.getarticlemarketingcoaching.com">article coaching </a>clients to take care of on a daily basis on top of writing prjects that I may take on.</p>
<p>So,how do I get so much done in so little time &#8211;and still be able to plan a wedding (Less than 9 months left!) and enjoy my entrepreneurial lifestyle?</p>

<p>I have online business managers that handle my customer service needs. They take my article and post them on blogs and include it in my newsletters. They handle all of my social media needs including LinkedIn and Facebook.</p>

I have more prospect and networking calls in the next 3 weeks than I did in the last couple months.
